Overview

1. End-users select the products/services at the store or on the Web or Mobile Web of Merchant.
2. End-users select a payment method with ZaloPay Wallet/ATM/VISA/JCB/Master Card on the Web or Mobile Web of Merchant.
3. Merchant's web redirects End-user to the payment gateway link returned by ZaloPay
4. When End-user pays successfully, ZaloPay will redirect End-user to Merchant's web to display transaction results.

(ZaloPay will provide integrated API, after successful integration, ZaloPay rechecks with some transactions on the production environment)

Explain the term

End-user: customers who use ZaloPay account

Merchant: seller, individuals or business units, providing services or / and products.

ZaloPay: online payment platform that helps Merchant integrate more convenient forms of payment for End-user.
